Baghdad (newsletter). Coalition Member welcomed the Kurdistan abdelbari Zebari in UN Security Council decided to remove Iraq from item VII.
He (News Agency of news) on Wednesday: "the eject Iraq from item VII came to regional consensus, and continuing Iraqi Government effort in this aspect.
And he said: "we exclude bring Iraq from the item" frightening "affecting Iraq largely the result of decisions and aggressive Saddam, and continued:" the US-led "important" to eject Iraq from this item, pointing out that the transfer of Iraq to safety political and economic.
He predicted: "a positive set of issues for Iraq after this decision, namely that of Arab and foreign countries had full confidence in Iraq and not attacked.
He stressed the need for the Iraqi Government now striving to end any unrelated with Kuwait.
The Security Council voted unanimously Wednesday to decision to eject Iraq from pain of item VII and end the mandate of the multinational forces and protect funds and legal claims of Iraqi assets accumulated since the era of the previous year.
The Council also decided to lift the ban on Iraq's nuclear activities for peaceful purposes with the abolition of the oil for food programme, as well as termination of Iraq immunity demands compensation from July next.

The meeting was chaired by Vice President Joe Biden called Iraq and Kuwait to resolve their disputes through diplomatic channels praising role of Iraqi security forces to maintain security and stability in the country

Security Council voted to end the most sanctions on Iraq
Wednesday, 15-12-2010

Baghdad (newsletter).Security Council voted unanimously adopted a resolution to end most sanctions imposed on Iraq by the Council, the Council decided to lift the ban on Iraq's nuclear activities for peaceful purposes with the abolition of the oil for food programme, as well as termination of Iraq immunity demands compensation from July next.

The meeting was chaired by Vice President Joe Biden called Iraq and Kuwait to resolve their disputes through diplomatic channels praising role of Iraqi security forces to maintain security and stability in the country
Foreign Minister Hoshyar Zebari told televised who attended the meeting welcomed the outcome of the vote, which counted a strong signal to the international community's solidarity and the Security Council with the Iraqi people and Government.
He pointed out that another point in resolution task, is called Iraq review international decisions imposed on Iraq under Chapter VII since 1990. We can Iraq today differ on Iraq 1990 College, when he was a threat to international peace and security, this process will be conducted in compatibility between the Iraqi Government and Secretary-General, the Secretary-General will present his report to the Security Council.
Iraq is subject to section VII of the United Nations which imposed after entering his forces to Kuwait in 1990, allowing this item to use force against him as a threat to international security, in addition to blocking significant amounts of stocks in global banks for compensation to those affected by the invasion of Kuwait.
And between Zebari that Iraq is committed to all international decisions, those relating to the State of Kuwait, or financial claims settlement, legitimacy by companies or persons, but it takes some time to study and determine ”.
This decision allowed the Iraqi Government and Iraqi financial bodies to consider the appropriate period of time in these proceedings in the future
