Zebari: a ministerial committee to resolve outstanding issues between Iraq and Kuwait

Confirmed Iraq’s participation in the emergency meeting of Arab foreign ministers today
BAGHDAD – A student Hnoit Foreign Minister, Hoshyar Zebari, the formation of a ministerial committee responsible for addressing all outstanding issues with the State of Kuwait and to work to shut them down, saying Iraq’s participation in the Cairo Ministerial Conference today on the Israeli attack on a convoy of freedom to help the people of Gaza.

Zebari said in an interview with the (morning) will be published later that the ministerial committee, which includes foreign and defense ministers, oil, and justice as well as political adviser to Prime Minister will start work if a new government. Zebari described the appointment of new Iraqi ambassador to Kuwait as an explicit recognition of the sovereignty and independence of the State of Kuwait, He believed that the appointment of Ambassador giant step and is important to normalize relations between the two parties and placed on the right track. He said that outstanding issues between Iraq and Kuwait, effort is required to a senior government linked to international resolutions imposed on Iraq under Chapter VII. welcomed Zebari any positive role played by the Arab League will contribute in supporting the process Iraq’s political, stressing that the Iraqis are capable of forming a government in Baghdad, not in any other capital.
The Foreign Minister said that Iraq’s relations diplomacy has evolved considerably, indicating that there are about eighty-six diplomatic mission in Iraq in the world, including seventy-three embassy, pointing out that the fifty-two state recently received the ambassadors of Iraqi new, underlining the confidence of the international community to the Iraqi government. Meanwhile, Zebari said Iraq’s participation in the meetings of Arab foreign ministers to be held in Cairo today to discuss the Israeli attack on a convoy of freedom carrying aid to the Gaza Strip.
