Conscious / Maliki: Our Government Will Not End Until After the New Government is Sworn

Iraqi Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki’s message to the President of the House of Representatives Iyad Samarrai, in which he expressed his rejection of the draft electoral law rules of conduct before the Council for a vote.
This came in statements carried by (Agency Information racial / conscious) Adding that “al-Maliki stressed that this draft law contradicts the constitution, stressing his government’s refusal to transfer to the caretaker government. He pointed out that their actions will not end until after the new government was sworn in before the new parliament. And Maliki’s refusal to engage in his presidency of the republic powers of the prime minister, as well as the rejection of the work of UNHCR intervention independent of the elections by a higher committee is supposed to be formed under the Electoral Code of Conduct
