<DaveP> Simple...it will RV....somewhere over the Bahrain dinar...soon.....hopefully we'll hear good news today....I don't agree that the elections have to be held before RV.....the statement of two days ago that the elections are governed by the SFA or SOFA is patently wrong. I have a copy of both on my desk and a simple reading explains that.

<DaveP> Allow me to explain...I'm a peon...our group however holds hundreds of millions..and we do have experts that advise and consult with us...so I'm just reaping their expertise...and they ..like anyone else can be wrong..however...when someone says something that is absolutely incorrect and gets angry when called on it..I have a hard time with that..

<DaveP> It is the opinion of our experts that it is in the interest of the world that the existing leadership of Iraq remain in power during this critical time...therefore the sanctions..chapter 7, and RV will occur before elections ...this would almost guarantee Maliki's relection in spite of the fact that he is not popular on the street in Iraq ; Note....so I don't get into trouble here....i said..."it is the opinion" .....

<DaveP> Remember..it isin the interest of Iraq to RV....and if you read the SFA and SOFA...lifting Chapter was scheduled for Dec 31, 2008...they are already 14 months behind schedule...they are as hungry for this as we are.....there incredible internal and external pressure to get this done....so....we know it happpen before the end of the year....and it's to their best interst to get it done asap; sorry...chapter 7
