Iraqi-Kuwaiti talks seriously out of Chapter VII of Baghdad

According to press sources that serious negotiations will be held between the Kuwaiti and Iraqi diplomats at United Nations Headquarters to discuss the outstanding matters between the two countries in order to enable Iraq to emerge from Chapter VII.
For his part, leader of the Islamic Party, Salim Abdullah al-Jubouri that success must be achieved by Iraq is to convince the Kuwait compensation to the idea of turning economic investments, explaining that he needs a substantive solution to resolve the issue of reparations for Kuwait.
So said the legal expert Tareq claims that the war against Iraq, “malicious” and Iraq no longer poses a threat to international peace and that the exodus from Chapter VII means go and imports of Iraqi oil in vain to the claims “malicious” against the former regime .
