Congratulated President Jalal Talabani Muslims in Iraq and the world on the occasion of the holy month of Ramadan, calling on this occasion to speed up the formation of the government.

He said President of the Republic «solutions of this blessed month embodies the lofty meanings of dedication and endurance, patience and obedience, as reflected in the values of cordiality and compassion, and inspires us to greater cooperation and solidarity and unity of ranks and positions in order to achieve the goals of the Iraqi people and their aspirations in free and dignified lives, as all of us to inspire meanings of sense of responsibility and rush to rebuild Iraq and to continue the way for stability, security and economic prosperity and the preservation of gains, accelerating to form a government of national partnership in which live all the components of the Iraqi people.

He continued, saying: «We pray to God Almighty that this is the month of mercy and forgiveness, and purity of hearts, and the convergence of attitudes and views of all components of the Iraqi people and political forces, and pray to God Almighty to restore this blessed occasion to Iraqis, tomorrow to security, dignity and freedom and the glory, and investigate further gains and achievements in building the new Iraq, Iraq, of love and brotherhood, tolerance, prosperity and harmony ».
