Allawi: Iraq is ready to negotiate seriously with the state of law if it recognized the constitutional right

MP for the Iraqi List, Mohammed Tawfik Allawi list was ready to hold serious and positive dialogue with the coalition of the rule of law in the event of recognition of the constitutional right of the list to form the next government.
Allawi said in a statement published by the agency by news that now see three types of talks, the first of between Iraqi and coalition rule of law, where the discussion of the reform process the government and the judiciary, parliamentary and the second is between the Iraqi National Coalition and being discussed with the agreement to form the next government as they are the closest of the Alliance of the other lists and the third is the dialogue with both sides of the National Coalition.
He said Iraqi law stipulated that state recognition of their constitutional right to form the next government to be there is a serious and positive dialogue with them, pointing out that Iraq insists on the involvement of the Kurdistan Alliance in the next government in any way agree with the rule of law to form the next government.
