I periodically touch base with a small dinar trader in the midwest who has been at for five years. I’ve mentioned this on calls previously. I touched base with him today and he confirmed that IQD is in very short supply, very hard for him to obtain and that shipments from abroad are still being held by customs.

I think that his is consistent with the Iraqis, in conjunction with US Customs, “preparing the battle field” for the RV.

My guys buy from a dealer in the middle east. He tells me he’s hearing the same thing from other small time dealer acquaintances of his. I have no reason to doubt his word.
