Arbil, April 4 (Akaniwz) – The Undersecretary of the Iraqi Finance Ministry on Sunday, that in order to strengthen the Iraqi dinar exchange rate was changed to deal with tariff and unit using a mobile phone from the dollar to the Iraqi dinar, but economists view that “it is necessary to change dealing in the purchase of all goods from the dollar to dinar. ”
