Ki-moon: Iraq’s commitment to «missing persons and property» get it out of Chapter VII

United Nations – Kona, and agencies – UN Secretary-General of the United Nations Ban Ki-moon, Kuwait and Iraq to redouble their efforts to achieve progress «concrete» the question of missing persons and Kuwaiti property, saying: «that such progress will help Iraq out of Chapter VII of the Charter of the United Nations».
