Joe Biden said U.S. Vice President said on Sunday that the end of military operations in Iraq is going in the schedule to the schedule in August will be postponed if Iraq is able to form a new government by the deadline.

And American forces plan to end the hostilities in August 31 before withdrawing completely by the end of 2011.
The Iraqis hope that the elections lead to stability and economic recovery, seven years after US-led invasion of Iraq in 2003. But talks on forming a coalition government could drag on for several months to come, subject Iraq to a political vacuum it out of a sectarian war, but he is struggling to contain the stubborn insurgency.
Fell sectarian clashes between Sunnis and Shiites that erupted after the invasion in 2003 but largely Sunni insurgency continues.
Security sources said that suicide bombers killed 43 people on Sunday in two separate attacks on Sunni militias backed by the government.
