Detection of Iraqi President Jalal Talabani for Kuwait's readiness for approval of out of Iraq under Chapter VII if it sent a message of Acts Pity on the border with Iraq - Kuwait to the Security Council.
Talabani said during an interview with Asharq al-Awsat that he discussed the issue when he was in New York with the Prime Minister of Kuwait, he said: If the Books of Iraq letter to the Security Council confirm the Aaataravkm Kuwait's borders - Iraq, we also agree to exit Iraq under Chapter VII.
Talabani added, "I answered, Dr. Mohammad Al-Sabah: type the formula and I'm ready to sign now. We are ready to give such assurances."
He pointed out that the time Sidd time for that, the host of "We've appointed an ambassador to Kuwait and they have an ambassador in Baghdad, and we expect to achieve excellent relations with Kuwait."
