United Nations Mission in Iraq is not neutral on the election file

Chairman said network administration named Iraq to monitor international elections observer Muhannad Kanani non-neutral United Nations Mission in Iraq and the United States non-governmental organizations, on file the next parliamentary elections, and Kanani said at a news conference in Baghdad on Tuesday that the United Nations failed to file the election and in particular in the process of updating the voter register as deliberately to support organizations and networks involved in elections and a political blocs to take from the Kurdistan region is based entirely influenced by pressures exercised by the U.S. non-governmental organizations, leading to a major failure in the process of updating the voter registry and a son in more doubts of the conservative approach to the record.
Kanani said, “that those organizations are still continuing its approach which leads to repeat past mistakes through the support of non-neutral and professional in the field of election observation and the exclusion of professional organizations and networks to participate, saying that this form of buying votes and support of certain political entities.
Kanani, and wondered about the absence of the Independent Higher Commission for Elections in the file control and Paljhat defined professional and neutral in this area to engage the mission of the United Nations and international organizations for accreditation, also questioned the absence of the role of government and the Department of non-governmental organizations in monitoring the activities of international non-governmental organizations and the money spent for activities applied to the ground is one of the indicators of financial corruption to now add the file to complete the observation of elections in which political corruption.
Kanani called during a press conference the Iraqi government to take a decisive stance to control the movements and activities of international organizations to ensure non-interference in the election campaign, through the exercise pressure on the mission to curb and prevent interference with the political affairs of Iraq.
Kanani also called Iraqi non-governmental organizations to exercise their effective role in monitoring the electoral process and involving all of its observers in polling centers and stations to miss an opportunity to international organizations, aimed to neutralize the local professional independent observer.
The Kinani that “the network appointed Iraq” will monitor the upcoming parliamentary elections and attempts to extensively international organizations away from the arena of control will not dissuade them from their national role.
