Dabbagh Announced Cabinet Decisions

1. Compensation for material and human damage caused by the recent terrorist operations that targeted the role of the Buildings of citizens and technical committees will be responsible for competent assessment of compensation and the Ministry of Finance to perform the compensation value of the reserve.
2. Approve the request of the Ministry of Industry and Minerals, except the company’s products overall auto industry that is sold to the citizens of the cars manufactured and combined with the provisions of Council of Ministers Resolution No. (215) for the year 2009.
3. Approval of the proposal and the Ministry of Commerce integration company for import and export with the General Company for Iraqi Fairs to be the name of the new company (General Company for exhibitions and trade services of Iraq) and the capital of (60) million to withdraw the rights and obligations of the two companies Almendmojtin and turn into a new company based on the provisions of Article (31) of the Companies Law No. (22) for the year 1997, as amended and that the merger decision shall be published in the Official Gazette issued by the registrar of companies.
4. Approval to enter the amount (850) million in grants funds to sign contracts to develop oil fields in the second round of competition and to approve the allocation of sufficient funds to cover the expenses of the investment plan for the Ministry of Oil in the supplementary budget.
5. To approve the authorization of the Minister of Finance to discuss the subject of investing the remaining amount of the loan amount of Japanese (220) million dollars with Japanese Ambassador to identify projects that could be covered in the amount mentioned.
6. Approval of the draft law of ratification of an exchange of letters, notes and minutes of discussions on the Japanese loan to the Republic of Iraq signed in Baghdad on 21.2.2010 and forwarded to the House of Representatives based on the provisions of Articles (61 / item and 80 first / second item) of the Constitution.
7.Approve the request of the Ministry of Oil and establish an oil center (public company) with a capital of (100) billion dinars based on the provisions of Article (3) of the Companies Law No. (22) for the year 1997 as amended.
