Biden: forming a new government in Iraq before the end of August next

BAGHDAD (Iba) / follow-up / ... Vice President, Joe Biden, that the formation of new government in Iraq will be before the end of the month of August next. He expressed his conviction that all Iraqi leaders will agree to accept the Iraqi Government before the date to begin withdrawing from Iraq, saying that even if the parties did not succeed, the transitional government are working well. He said.

Newspaper «Washington Post» Biden for saying the U.S. «The United States will honor its commitment and withdraw from Iraq in time, explaining it will be painful and we will see volatility but I think that the final result is that we will be able to fulfill our commitment.
Under the security agreement between the Governments of Iraq and the United States for the withdrawal of 42 thousand U.S. combat troops multiplicity of 92 000 during the month of August next and complete the full withdrawal of U.S. forces to the end of 2011.
Biden added that the number of U.S. troops in Iraq will shrink to 50 thousand in the summer, even if they formed a new Iraqi government.
And played down speculation that the escalation of violence, all the worries, which have fallen from Alsmekd resolved. And that the situation in Iraq surpassed what people think, by pointing out that all ethnic and sectarian parties see the value in participating in politics.
He believed that Iraq has a lot of oil when many of the gas in all parts of the country, and imagine all that to get a slice of the pie more legitimate is a good deal.

Biden pointed out that the commander of U.S. forces in Iraq, Gen. Ray Odierno, never asked the administration to delay the date of withdrawal.
The U.S. Defence Secretary Robert Gates said in an interview on Thursday that the U.S. commander in Iraq, General Odierno, has demanded a delay of the withdrawal date.
Biden stressed that the Americans did not invest to stay as occupiers, but invested in the work for the Iraqis, must now withdraw the military and civilian pay to interact with the Iraqis.
Meanwhile, the paper indicated that concrete reality on the ground proves that Iraq is still torn apart, they did not succeed, the rival parties in the formation of a new government despite the passage of three months to go before national elections, politicians have started to warn of a power vacuum.
The recent Iraqi elections have taken place in the seventh month of last March and announced their results in 26 of the same month, the victory of the Iraqi List led by Iyad Allawi, with 91 seats.
