Expect a member of the Iraqi List, Nabil Salim, "can not resolve the file to form a government before the UN Security Council for its meeting on the fourth day of August next, which will open the door to international intervention and the UN in particular and the country still living under Chapter VII."

The sound in touch with the agency, the independent press (Iba), "The meetings with the political blocs and the latest meeting with the cleric Muqtada al-Sadr have contributed to the removal of suspicion between the parties and positive but we still need to complete the dialogues to reach definitive conclusions."

He stressed "the need for all political blocs to form the next government, all within the correct size, Msttrda that convergence with the rest of the Iraqi masses understanding of the subject by this or that party blocs and not rigidity or attempt to monopolize in the political process."

And added, "To some extent, characterized the relationship with the National Coalition are better than they are with the rule of law, but this does not mean neglecting their role to participate in the formation of the government or the Kurdistan Alliance scalable, or excluding the small blocs that we really want a strong government."

Some analysts see the possibility of holding three-way alliance brings together Iraq with the Kurdish coalition and the National Coalition to resolve the file the next government, with the persistence of the rule of law candidate through Nuri al-Maliki for prime minister, despite objections from wide on the person-Maliki, who led the country during the past four years.
